Replace 'count' occurrences of 'searchExpressionAsString' in 'input' with 'replacement'.
Parameters:
input
The input.
searchExpressionAsString
The search expression as string.
replacement
The replacement.
count
Number of.
Returns:
A string.
Replace first run of 3-4 "a"s with ". ".
