Convert unescaped string into an escaped URI data.
Parameters:
unescapedString
The unescaped string.
Returns:
Escaped string.
Convert http://www.webworks.com/name with spaces.html to http%3a%2f%2fwww.webworks.com%2fname%20with%20spaces.html.
