Create Your WebWorks Platform Account

Before you can configure an AI Assistant, you need an account on the WebWorks Platform.

Sign Up for the Platform

1. Go to https://auth.webworks.com. You land on the Sign In page.

2. Under the heading, click Sign up here.

3. On the Sign Up form, enter:

   • Email — the email address you want to sign in with.

   • Password, then confirm it in the second box. The password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character. The on-screen hints turn green as you satisfy each rule.

4. Click Sign Up. A Confirm Your Email page appears, telling you to check your inbox.

Confirm Your Email

1. Open the email from WebWorks Account Services (noreply@webworks.com), with the subject Confirm your WebWorks account.

2. Click Confirm Your Account. An Account Confirmed page appears.

3. Click Sign in to continue, enter the email and password you just created, and you are signed in to the Platform.

Didn't get the email? Check your spam or junk folder. The confirmation link expires in 24 hours — if it has expired, return to https://auth.webworks.com and sign up again to receive a fresh link.

Sign In Later

To return to the Platform after your account is confirmed, go to https://auth.webworks.com, enter your email and password on the Sign In page, and continue.
