WebWorks Reverb 2.0
New Features

- SEO Improvements — Automatic
sitemap.xmlgeneration, configurablerobots.txt, Open Graph meta tags, and Twitter Card support. For more information, see SEO. - Landmark IDs — Stable, content-based identifiers for navigation to specific locations. URLs persist across documentation regenerations, ideal for external references and AI-powered search integrations. For more information, see Landmark IDs.
- Share Widget — Enables end users to copy and share direct links to specific content locations using Landmark IDs. For more information, see Share Widget.
- Click to Zoom — Images can be configured with lightbox overlay functionality for viewing graphics at larger sizes. For more information, see Click to Zoom.
- Cache Busting — Automatic version query parameters on resource URLs ensure browsers load the latest CSS, JavaScript, and other assets after documentation updates. For more information, see Cache Busting.
- Search Results Breadcrumbs — Search results display breadcrumb navigation showing the location of each result within the documentation hierarchy.
- Front Page Behavior — A new target setting controls whether the table of contents is expanded or collapsed when users first view the front page.
Markdown++ Output
New Features
- Output Markers — The Markdown++ output format now automatically emits built-in markers including PageStyle, GraphicStyle, and IndexMarker. Marker emission can be controlled on a per-style basis using the Style Designer. For more information, see Marker Handling in Markdown++ Output.

New Features
- Skip Report Generation — The
--skip-reportscommand-line option skips report generation during builds, improving conversion times on large projects. For more information, see CLI Syntax and Reference. - Designer Project Support — The AutoMap Administrator now supports ePublisher Designer projects (
.wep) in addition to Express projects (.wrp) when creating project-based jobs. For more information, see Creating a Project-Based Job.
Designer
New Features
- Built-in Diff Viewer — Compare format override files against their originals without configuring an external diff tool. The View File Differences command provides side-by-side comparison with color-coded differences, synchronized scrolling, and the ability to copy changes between sides. If you prefer an external diff tool, configure one in Edit > Preferences > Diff.
