One-Click Publishing
One-Click Publishing supports optimal work flow through speed and accuracy. You can create, generate, deliver through a simple work flow that is agile, flexible and intelligent. With less time focused on publishing, you have more time to create your message.
To simplify work flow, WebWorks uses the concept of stationery. The ePublisher stationery is an electronic template that contains your style guide information and that acts as your publishing assistant taking specific instructions and then executing them every time it delivers content.
Every ePublisher Express project is synchronized to stationery. ePublisher Express reads the content from the source documents, gets instructions from the synchronized stationery and then publishes. The ePublisher process is triggered with a single click of a button.
For this trial, we have built a stationery at WebWorks lab customized to the trial source documents. When you installed the trial, it loaded an ePublisher Express project, source documents and synchronized to that stationery. Now you get to work on those source documents, just like you would work on your own, and by following our instructions, you will see the power of One-Click Publishing.
