Installs
An Assistant answers visitors wherever it is installed: on any website with one script tag, as an Embedded Assistant, or inside Reverb 2.0 help published with ePublisher, as a Reverb Assistant. It is the same Assistant either way, and one Assistant can be installed in both places at once. The Install tab shows how to do each.

Both read the page the visitor is on, so a visitor can ask about it. The model suggestions are suggestions only; each Assistant has one model, so running the two kinds side by side means two Assistants. See Models and reasoning.
What both installs share

In Deployment | One switch for every install. An Assistant in deployment counts once toward your plan's limit, however many places it is installed. See Put an Assistant in deployment. |
Daily budget and per-visitor message limit | Both installs. The budget counts what the Assistant spends on every install together; the message limit applies to each visitor on either. See Cap an Assistant's daily spend and Limit messages per visitor. |

The dashboard counts questions by where they came from: Reverb 2.0, Website or Preview.
